Refund policy

Eligible Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item(s) is/are defective, damaged in shipping, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase - the packing slip.

Eligibility Time Period
We have a 14-day "return request" policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

Return Requests

Please state reason for requested return and photographs of item(s) in question in your submitted request.

If your "return request" is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first receiving return approval from us, will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as gift wrapping, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Items
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item(s) is to return the item(s) in question you have, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

1) Refunds may only be issued for approved returned items that are confirmed by us to be one of the following:

- damaged in shipping
- defective
- wrong item(s)

For returned items, we will notify you once have received and inspected your return item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

2) Refunds may only be issued for items confirmed by us to be lost.

For lost items, we will notify you once we have confirmed your items were lost, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.


If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
